Refund policy

To ensure a smooth cancellation process, please call the store directly at 289-836-9600. All cancellations incur a 5% fee on the order total to cover processing and handling.

Orders canceled within 24 hours of fulfillment are not eligible for refunds and can only be exchanged for in-store credit (pickup only). Additionally, cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Refunds are not possible for customized orders that have already been prepared.
