We require a minimum of 2 business days notice for most of our products. You’ll be able to select your date and time for pick up in the drop down menu when you order.

Look for our numbered icons on each product or use the filters on the collection pages to group items by pre-order availability.

Our shop is located at 331 Main Street West in Port Colborne, ON. Please be sure to pick up your order during your selected pick up window.

To ensure a smooth cancellation process, please call the store directly at 289-836-9600. All cancellations incur a 5% fee on the order total to cover processing and handling.

Orders canceled within 24 hours of fulfillment are not eligible for refunds and can only be exchanged for in-store credit (pick-up only). Additionally, cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Refunds are not possible for customized orders that have already been prepared.

Orders not picked up by the specified date will not be refunded and orders will not be kept.

Many of our bread products are considered vegan! With the exception of our dinner rolls, bagels, pretzel sticks and our sweet pepper and onion focaccia. 

We do not offer gluten free items because we bake with so much wheat flour daily, it's in the atmosphere so our products cannot be considered gluten free, whether or not they contain wheat in the recipe.

We bake fresh daily. You can rest assured that your order is baked fresh to be ready in time for your pick up date.

We use real, Canadian butter in our sweet products, breakfast pastries, and pie crusts. Lard is not used. 

Our pie fillings are all made from scratch in our bakery kitchen. Fruits are acquired individually frozen, or fresh from the farm, washed and trimmed on site and frozen before being cooked into our various pie fillings. Our cream pie custards are made from scratch with milk, eggs, sugar and cornstarch. We cook them to perfection on the stovetop, flavour accordingly and set into our freshly baked pie crusts.

We are not a nut free facility. We do our best to avoid contamination of nuts with other products, however we cannot 100% guarantee nut free. Our products that don’t have nuts in the recipes are deemed a “may contain” risk, and those with allergies or intolerances should use their own discretion when choosing to indulge in our products.

We do not use added preservatives in our baking, therefore you may find our products have a shorter shelf life than similar items you may find at a grocery chain. Our breads and sweet products are best kept at room temperature in a plastic bag or wrap and consumed within 3 to 5 days, or frozen on the same day it was purchased for longer storage. Our cream pies are to stay refrigerated and best consumed within 5 to 7 days for food safety.
