Many of our bread products are considered vegan! With the exception of our dinner rolls, bagels, pretzel sticks and our sweet pepper and onion focaccia.
We do not offer gluten free items because we bake with so much wheat flour daily, it's in the atmosphere so our products cannot be considered gluten free, whether or not they contain wheat in the recipe.
We are not a nut free facility. We do our best to avoid contamination of nuts with other products, however we cannot 100% guarantee nut free. Our products that don’t have nuts in the recipes are deemed a “may contain” risk, and those with allergies or intolerances should use their own discretion when choosing to indulge in our products.
We bake fresh daily. You can rest assured that your order is baked fresh to be ready in time for your pick up date.
